A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A NIGHT TEAM MEMBER AT ALOFT HOTEL LIVERPOOL
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Night Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following.
- Ensuring our guests are looked after during their stay with a friendly and approachable manner.
- Assisting the Night Manager with reception desk tasks, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
- Setting the meeting rooms ready for the next day, ensuring they are clean and equipped as required.
- Running night audits to ensure accuracy in financial transactions and guest accounts.

To succeed in the role of Night Team Member, you will need the following qualities and skills.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Flexibility to work nighttime hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
