Job Description

Reporting to the Night Manager, the Night Team Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the Night Manager with nightly tasks, and in their absence ensures to provide the highest level of guest service and ensuring that standards are maintained during the overnight period.

Role in our Family

• As the Night Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the hotel during the night shift.
• Your duties include providing excellent guest service, assisting with front desk duties, and supporting the Night Manager in day-to-day operations.
• You will be responsible for completing the nightly end-of-day reporting, dealing with guest requests and complaints, and maintaining strong communication with all departments.
• You must also conduct night colleague performance evaluations and develop new incentives to motivate colleagues.
• You are required to adhere to health and safety policies, have knowledge of emergency procedures, and ensure the daily audit is balanced.
• In the absence of the Night Manager, you will take on the role of Team Leader, responsible for the Health and Safety of all departments and guests for the night period.
• You will complete all other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager and Financial Controller that relate to the overall operation of the hotel overnight.
