Are you a Node.js Developer looking to join a growing company in their industry where you can drive their projects forward and take their business to the next level? Our client have experienced strong growth over the past eighteen months and are subsequently looking to strengthen their development team with a strong Node.js developer.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a few years' commercial experience programming with Node.js, and have experience with TypeScript alongside your Node work. Your work will involve designing, developing, and deploying high-performance applications for our client's customers - and then integrating them with the user-facing business in collaboration with the front-end development team.

You'll need to be able to demonstrate your aptitude with JavaScript and ensure that our client's database is performing to best suit the business needs. You'll need to have a strong grip of HTML, JS, and CSS, and be used to writing clean and efficient code. It would be beneficial to our client if you had experience working with any cloud platform, and knowledge of cloud tools to go with this (although these are beneficial, and something that you can pick up in the future).

This specific role is for a true back end Node.js enthusiast who has a good handle on databases - You'll not only bring top-notch technical capability to this role, but you'll also have the ability to have an input in our client's technical direction… Sometimes make those decisions that are crucial to the business and ultimately the overall success of this company! You'll be a seasoned, confident and knowledgeable Engineer… At the top of your game… No drama, no nonsense.

Our client are a close-knit bunch, and subsequently, we're looking for someone who is happy to come into the office 2/3 days per week and really muck in with the rest of the team.
