Non-Domestic Energy Assessor

The primary role will be to carry out site surveys and generating Energy Performance Certificates
(EPCs) for commercial properties, as part of the sustainability team.

Responsibilities and Duties: Qualifications & Skills:
Undertaking site surveys for energy assessments/Accredited Non-Domestic Energy Assessor

modelling & non-domestic EPCs. (NDEA) – Level 4.

Providing advice on reducing energy, CO2Experience using iSBEM and/or DesignBuilder
emissions and construction costs. building modelling software.

Good understanding and knowledge of building Liaison with clients providing advice on meeting regulations and building services equipment.

legislative targets and energy goals.
Manage own diary and workload.

Travelling independently to site surveys.
Excellent communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Own vehicle and driving licence.

Willing to work from an office a couple of days a
week.

Domestic Energy Assessments (not essential).

AG ACADEMY.
All our employees enrol on to our AG Academy
as soon as they join us. This enables them
to determine training goals to support their
progression.

AG have developed their own approach to the RICS ‘APC’ pathway.
We understand the APC requirements and that for Candidates, this
can be a daunting process with around only 60-70% passing the
Final Assessment.

A progression plan is prepared and training throughout the
year structured around all employee requirements. We provide
regular presentations / training / CPD workshops / monthly
check-ins to ensure all core competencies and in-house
training is being provided. This not only assists in developing
your professional knowledge but to also develop your soft
skills and managerial / business experience.
