Non-Executive Director – QSR

We are working with an exciting business in the QSR/ ‘Grab and Go’ space who are looking to onboard a Non-Executive Director  to assist with scaling sites across the UK.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced NED to offer advice, guidance and strategy at an exciting point of the business journey.

The Individual:

The successful appointment will be an experienced c-suite/ founder who is currently or recently involved in the QSR/ grab and go industry.
You will have extensive knowledge with UK growth and proven success of creating and executing growth strategies alongside the ability to set a business up for exit.

Requirements:

• Experience as C-Suite, Founder or NED within the QSR industry
• Proven success of growing and scaling similar businesses across the UK
• Ability to successfully set a business up for exit
• Capable of challenging and opening dialogue with the current board on various topics
• Ability to work collaboratively with the Founders
• Identify and evaluate market trends and opportunities, keeping the company at the forefront of industry developments.
• Can-do attitude with desire to build on the success of the business
• Flexible work pattern to fit the needs of the business
• Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the organisation.
