We are looking for a high performing Retail and Merchandising Manager with proven experience to redefine their retail space and take their Retail business to the next level!
THE JOB:
- Develop and implement retail and merchandising strategies that increase spend.
- Create eye-catching store layouts and merchandising displays.
- Propose and implement revenue generating initiatives.
- Create visual merchandising guidelines and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate cost of inventory.
- Prepare annual budgets, analyse sales figures and forecast future sales.
THE PERSON:
- Ambitious and eager to make this role own to redefine the current retail space and come with fresh & innovative ideas.
- Proven experience within Retail & Merchandising, preferably within luxury brands highly regarded but not essential.
- Ability to work in standalone capacity.
- Creative and detail orientated.
