This is a chance to join a supplier of food ingredients who have growth exponentially over the past 5 years.
The business create high quality clean label ingredients for use in the food & drink industry whilst partnering closely with customers and supporting their needs within innovation and process.
This role will work closely with the ingredient portfolio to test and optimise their use in various food applications whilst also working on customer development projects/briefs.
The Role
· Manage and complete assigned project briefs internally or externally.
· Presentation of products and key findings to customers or internal teams.
· Develop new food concepts in various categories.
· Creation of development reports for the purpose of sharing with customers and retailers.
· Present product concepts and findings with confidence to customers or internally.
Qualifications and Experience:
· Food Science/Food Nutrition based degree.
· Ideally 3 – 6 years’ experience within FMCG, with good knowledge of functional ingredients across starches, fibres and proteins in application.
· An understanding/experience of NPD within food manufacturing.
- NPD experience within meat, soups/sauces, bakery, plantbased would be beneficial.
