Description
- Create, configure and develop Tool & Die Designs, and manufacturing processes
- Optimize current Designs and processes to meet customer and internal requirements
- Provide estimates regarding Billet sizes
- Modeling & drafting of tools, dies, fixtures & gauging models and associated
- Provision of machining profiles, edge milling, wire erosion path
- Creation of projector layouts.
- Proofing of Processes
- Analysis of Capability Data
- Assist with equipment selection and support implementation of new equipment
- Search for best practices and innovative solutions which could improve production and quality
- Forge Subject Matter Expert for PPAP & FAIR processes
- Maintenance of Forge Engineering Data g.
- Drawing/ Model revision, and associated change control
- Inspection files, and associated change control
- FMEA

- Forging Knowledge
- Surface Modelling in Siemens NX
- Orthopaedic/ Aerospace project knowledge
- Understanding and application of APQP and PPAP Processes
- Customer focus driven (both Internal and External customers)
- Demonstrated ability to read product drawings
