Applicants can expect to be involved in high quality work assisting a very supportive and highly-experienced team of lawyers across various levels up to and including Partner level. This role will involve advising clients on the full range of property matters, but with particular emphasis on corporate support work, development work and Real Estate Finance work for our wide range of clients predominantly within the independent health sector. Of particular interest will be candidates who have experience with the following types of work:
- Negotiation of basic documents on property acquisitions and disposals;
- Experience of running caseload of a range of property transactions
- Preparation of reports on title, certificates of title, lease reports and advice notes;
- Property due diligence on freehold and leasehold acquisition transactions;
- Working across legal departments with others as part of a project team;
