One of the regions most prestigious legal practices in Cambridgeshire are looking to recruit an NQ or recently qualified lawyer to their Corporate & Commercial team in their Peterborough office..
The successful candidate will be joining a team with a first class reputation for this type of work. Working across a multitude of sectors they deal with a range of Corporate & Commercial matters including but not limited to things such as mergers & acquisitions, company structures and restructures, shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements and a range of commercial contracts.
