NQ Court of Protection Solicitor

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a driven and ambitious Newly Qualified - 2 Year PQE Court of Protectionto join their Tier 1 ranked Legal 500 team.

This is a rare opportunity to join a market leading team as a Court of Protection Solicitor and work closely alongside experts within the area, building on current experience and knowledge and gaining exposure to a complex yet rewarding caseload. You will be joining a supportive firm that encourages progression and personal career development of its employees.

The ideal candidate will be NQ - 2 Year's PQE, and will have some solid experience working within CoP (this may include a Training Contract seat)

Main responsibilities as a Court of Protection Solicitor will include, but may not be limited to:

• Working on both Personal injury trusts and Deputyships
• Managing own personal caseload with the support of Senior members within the team and Paralegal support
• Assisting Senior members of the team with their caseload
• Supporting with the preparation of Expert Witness Statements and OPG Reports
• Liaising with Case Managers, clients and family members
