The firm have a number of well-established offices across the region with teams highly ranked in the legal directories. They have been steadily recruiting over a period of years, attracting some very key individuals, often from larger rivals, generating consistent growth and success across many different practice areas.This practice has an established commercial litigation team who on a broad range of contentious matters. You will work closely with two senior associates who specialise in Contentious Probate casework. This position offers a huge amount of scope and development potential in this niche area of law and you will be afforded plenty of opportunity to manage your own caseload with the support of the team as a whole. Th role would suit either an Experienced Paralegal specifically with Contentious Probate expertise, looking to follow a path to qualification perhaps, or a new qualified solicitor with a strong background in contentious matters with some exposure to Contentious Probate.Benefits:
