SalaryPAS Capital are currently working with Ayr's biggest and most established firm look for an NQ+ to join the firm as it continues to grow. This role will see the successful candidate manage their own case load and play an active role in an already expanding department. You will also be expected to assist the partner and senior associate with their cases when required, gaining experience in more complex cases. This role would be ideal for an NQ - 3 years PQE solicitor with experience in private client law.
The ideal candidate will:

Prepared to perform all aspects of the job conscientiously. Must be able to handle a varied workload, work to targets and prioritise tasks as appropriate.

Prepared to take responsibility for the way their actions impact on the performance of the firm and to work with the business to develop a career path within the practice.
Will take the initiative where an opportunity arises in relation to getting new business and can go about their business in a confident manner.
