SalaryA fantastic opportunity is now available for an experienced Nurse (RN Adult / RMN / RNLD) to join the team as Clinical Deputy Manager at a CQC-"Outstanding" care home in historic Henfield.
Purpose-built to maximise accessibility and integrate memory-friendly features, the home provides luxury residential, nursing and specialist dementia care for older adults across its main building and coveted assisted living apartments. The team's efforts have been recognised as outstanding when it comes to caring and responsive support, provided against a backdrop of sprawling, award-winning gardens amid the charming Sussex countryside.
As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will support the homes' operations and the delivery of person-centred nursing care: monitoring regulatory compliance, assuring service quality, and overseeing your team's clinical practice and wellbeing. In doing so, you will help to ensure every resident gets the very best care and quality of life possible.

This is a permanent Clinical Deputy Manager position, full-time ( 40h), days only .
Due to the home's rural location and limited public transport in the area, you will likely need to be able to drive for a reasonable commute to and from the home.
Person specification :
* ( Essential ) Registration with the NMC as a Registered Nurse (RN Adult), Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD).
* ( Essential ) Experience caring for older adults with complex health needs.
* ( Essential ) Some clinical management experience - e.g. conducting risk assessments and investigations, managing a budget, and supporting the development of a clinical team.
