SalaryA fantastic opportunity is now available for an experienced Nurse (RN Adult / RMN / RNLD) to join the team as Clinical Deputy Manager at a fully "Good"-rated home in Shoreham-by-Sea, supporting adults with age-, mobility- and dementia-related nursing care needs.

As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will support the homes' operations and the delivery of person-centred nursing care: monitoring regulatory compliance, assuring service quality, and overseeing your team's clinical practice and wellbeing. This is a permanent Clinical Deputy Manager position, full-time ( 42h), days only .
Person specification :
* ( Essential ) Registration with the NMC as a Registered Nurse (RN Adult), Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD).
* ( Essential ) Experience caring for older adults with complex health needs.
* ( Essential ) Some clinical management experience - e.g. conducting risk assessments and investigations, managing a budget, and supporting the development of a clinical team.
