Who We're Seeking:
As the Registered Manager, bring your experience to influence every aspect of our home's operation. From planning care to recruiting staff and managing rotas, your high standards will shape the unit's reputation in the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Autonomous management of the home
- Provide inspirational leadership and mentoring
- Drive key performance indicators, including client and colleague engagement, sales, and CQC compliance
Key Skills and Experience:
- More than 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager
- Established leadership skills
- Dementia Care qualification (Desirable)
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements
- Qualified as an RGN with an active NMC Pin
Hours and Salary:
- Monday to Friday
- Up to £48,000 per annum
