Excel Healthcare is currently recruiting a Nurse Manager to join our team on a permanent full-time basis, based in Belfast with a negotiable salary along and a commission structure in place.

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates using various methods such as job portals, internal database, and social media platforms.
• Screen candidates by reviewing CVs and job applications.
• Manage compliance and governance across the Health-care Department of Excel Recruitment Belfast.
• Take ownership of candidate experience.
• Execute a Rota for Reg 20 Visits to our Clients across Northern Ireland.
• Develop job postings, job descriptions.
• Have responsibility for the account management of clients and management of Nurses on temp assignments.
• Maintain a positive relationship with RQIA.
• Update and maintain Essential policies.
• Maintain excellent levels of customer service, both with managers internally and candidates externally.
• Business Development across Northern Ireland.
• Populate our database with the required information and ensure it is kept up to date.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with NMC registration.
• Experience as a practising Nurse, with experience recruiting staff on all levels and bands.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Working knowledge of current employment and regulatory legislation.
• Highly organised.
