Aspire Drug and Alcohol Services provide a comprehensive range of interventions for Drug and Alcohol users, their families and carers to support rehabilitation and optimal recovery from dependence.
Aspire Drug and Alcohol Services are underpinned and defined by 3 key values, Safe, Effective and Aspirational. As part of exciting new developments within the service, we are seeking to recruit highly motivated and committed staff to work within this recovery orientated service.

At Aspire we are looking to recruit a potential senior nurse leader to join our innovative management team in Doncaster. We want to hire someone who can demonstrate convincing clinical leadership skills at this level who is committed to furthering their professional development. We see our service as a genuine specialism and this post forms part of our plan to provide career progression alongside continuous service improvement.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will lead and support a dedicated multi-professional team to provide high quality care and clinical support in the specialist area of Drug and Alcohol Services.
We firmly believe that frontline clinical leadership is essential to improving experience and outcomes, and offer opportunities for development, training and support. We are a forward-thinking service and welcome new ideas and improved ways of working to enhance our patient and carer experience.
You must be passionate with a strong conviction for recovery focused practice and possesses communications skills of the highest calibre. You must be caring and compassionate with a desire to safely manage your team effectively and efficiently for our service users' benefit. You must have an excellent understanding of risk assessment, management and how to work within professional boundaries. Our service is challenging, stimulating, diverse and very rewarding.
