ShareGraded 'Outstanding' by Ofsted, Westwood Nursery provides 48 places for children aged 6 months to 5 years and we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join the team.
At Westwood Nursery, we aim to provide accessible, high-quality childcare for children of students, staff and the local community. About the role
The role is based on campus and you will provide the day-to-day administrative support for the Nursery’s senior management team.
You will need to have:
- great organisation and communication skills
- the ability to prioritise and work to agreed deadlines in a busy Nursery setting
- good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Excel, especially in calculating monthly/annual nursery fee schedules and in managing our waiting list
- experience of financial reporting systems, such as Agresso, but training can be provided.
Further information
This role is offered on a part-time basis, working 21.9 hours (0.6 FTE) per week. The Nursery opening hours are between 08:30-17:30, Monday to Friday, but you will have flexibility over when hours are worked.
The appointment will be made subject to an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring (DBS) clearance being obtained.
