Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and providing a safe and nurturing environment in a nursery setting.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage with children in the nursery
- Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities
- Maintain a clean and organized nursery environment
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff
- Support the Nursery Manager in daily operations
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care
Requirements:
- Experience working with children, preferably in a nursery or childcare setting
- Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to manage and lead activities for children
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required
