Nursery Deputy Manager - Chepstow

Dean Close Little Trees Day Nursery St Arvans have a very exciting opportunity for a full time aspiring Deputy Manager to join our team.The successful candidate will be expected to oversee the day to day running of the nursery, and to maintain the care and education standards as monitored by CIW, supporting the Nursery Manager.We pride ourselves in working in partnership with parents/ carers, and the Deputy Manager must be approachable, friendly and have excellent communication skills.It is desirable for the Deputy Manager to have had experience of the supervision and appraisal process and to positively lead and manage a team of practitioners to ensure that all children meet their full potential.
