A vacancy for Nursery Manager has become available to work as the key member of our nursery team, The successful applicant must have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience and qualified to a minimum NVQ3 or equivalent.
The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the effective daily management of the nursery, and have a sound knowledge of nursery policies, Ofsted requirements and procedures, and ensure that these are well attained and implemented at all times.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are looking for an inspirational manager to help motivate, encourage, lead and bring ownership to all team players and help to promote the nursery within the local community. You will also be expected to manage all business aspects of the nursery such as budgets and people in addition to leading and inspiring our nursery team. You will need to have a sound working knowledge in accordance with the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) with a view to achieving and maintaining a nursery with an outstanding status. You will need to be commercially and operationally astute.

Hold a Level 2 or 3 in CACHE Diploma, NNEB, NVQ or Early Years workforce
