AddressSunny Days Children’s Nursery is a unique and independent day nursery seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Manager to join our busy team.
This role will suit an organised individual with a passion for early years care and education. You will play an important role as a highly motivated team member at one of our expanding nurseries and clubs based in our beautiful settings in Wiltshire.
We are looking for someone with the following:
Minimum Level 3 early years qualification
Educated to GCSE or equivalent level
Managerial or room lead experience of at least 2 years.
Sound knowledge of the EYFS
Extensive safeguarding knowledge.
The successful candidate will be required to:
Maintain a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people within the setting.
Promote a consistently high standard in all issues relating to learning and teaching in line with the nursery ethos and policies
Support the Directors and Area Manager to provide professional leadership and management of the nursery and staff.
Work alongside staff as required to model quality practice and care.
Undertake appraisals and supervisions and ensure records are maintained
Ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are always maintained.
