We are a well established and high achieving nursery in North Bristol. We are looking for an experienced manager to take over operations from the owner who is taking a step back.
You will be tasked with managing the overall operation of this 40 place setting that is TEAM-focussed. Montessori experience and qualifications would be advantageous but not essential but you must be open to learning about this beautiful methodology as we will put you through the relevant Montessori training.
It's all about the TEAM with us! You must be a TEAM PLAYER to create the best ever school experience for the TEACHERS and the CHILDREN alike.
The usual managerial duties will include staff supervisions, updating of policies and procedures, managing occupancy, visits, arranging building maintenance, purchase resources, run inset days, staff development and training, rotas and recording staff hours, record absences, DSL responsibilities, strategic planning, monitoring, evaluating and developing the school, staff recruitment.
The hours offered are 40 per week and a salary of £30-35k depending on experience and qualifications.
