Ideal Candidate:

• Must have a CACHE L3 or equivalent qualification
• Enthusiastic about working with young children and dedicated to providing high quality early years education.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Desire to inspire nurture and prepare young students, setting them up with a great foundation to enter primary school
• Committed to ongoing professional development and eager to learn and grow as an educator.
• Commute to Watford
