Job Title: Nursery Nurse
Salary: £11 - £13 per hour
Location: Bromsgrove
Start Date: January 2024
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Nurse to join our team in Bromsgrove. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and supportive environment for the children in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and care for children in a safe and stimulating environment.
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to enhance the children's development.
Ensure the well-being and safety of all children, following safeguarding procedures.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and activities.
Requirements:
PFA (Paediatric First Aid) training.
Safeguarding training.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
Ability to obtain two professional references from the last two years of employment, with contact details from a professional email address.
Qualifications and Skills:
Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Passion for early childhood education and development.
