Committed to delivering high-quality care and education, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that helps children thrive. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care and support for children. Create and implement age-appropriate educational activities. Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times. Foster positive relationships with children and their families. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and organize daily routines. Maintain a clean and organized nursery environment. Document children's progress and development. Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent. Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting is preferred. A genuine passion for working with children. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team. Knowledge of child development and early learning principles.
