As a Level 3Nursery Practitioner, you will be a crucial part of our team, responsible for providing high-quality care and educational support to children. Your passion for early years education and commitment to nurturing young minds will shine in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and embed our “Where Children Shine” curriculum to promote children’s development.
- Create a safe and stimulating learning environment.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children’s learning and development.
- Observe and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records.
- Promote a culture of inclusion, respect, and diversity.
Qualifications:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Genuine passion for working with children.
- Excellent understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Dedication to providing high-quality childcare and education.
