As a Level 3Nursery Practitioner, you will be a crucial part of our team, responsible for providing high-quality care and educational support to children. Your passion for early years education and commitment to nurturing young minds will shine in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and embed our “Where Children Shine” curriculum to promote children’s development.

• Create a safe and stimulating learning environment.

• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

• Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children’s learning and development.

• Observe and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records.

• Promote a culture of inclusion, respect, and diversity.

Qualifications:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.

• Genuine passion for working with children.

• Excellent understanding of the EYFS framework.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Dedication to providing high-quality childcare and education.
