The Client:

The Role:
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will contribute to the daily operations of the baby room, creating a stimulating and secure environment.
Responsibilities:
-Observe and maintain accurate records of childrens progress, ensuring reports are comprehensive and insightful.
-Collaborate effectively within a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive working atmosphere.
-Ensuring the safety, well-being, and developmental needs of babies are met.
-Cultivate strong relationships with parents, providing regular feedback on their childs activities, progress, and milestones.
Requirements:
-Previously worked as a Nursery Practitioner or in a similar role.
-Experience in a nursery setting, particularly in the care of babies.
-Possess CACHE Level 2 qualification in childcare.
-Understanding of best practices in early years development.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
