Preschool Manager
We are currently looking for someone to run our Pre school unit at our stunning, award winning children's day nursery and preschool in Beaconsfield.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the running the Preschool Unit, as well being part of the nursery management team, assiting with paperwork, show arounds, team meetings, reviews etc. We are looking for individuals who can promote high quality care in a stimulating, happy and rich learning environment.
Main responsibilities of the Preschool Room Manager:
Provide a positive and happy learning environment that offers choice, independence and a range of experiences, whilst meeting all of the children's needs.
To support the nursery staff and to ensure that they comply at all times with all policies, procedures and standards, including health and safety, hygiene, inclusion and confidentiality.
To lead the planning of safe, creative and appropriate opportunities according to children's needs and interests to fulfil the requirements of the EYFS.
To develop and maintain good relationships and communication with parents/carers.
To help supervise and contribute to performance management of staff according to policies and procedure's.
Working creatively with children within the EY framework, in order to provide an enabling learning environment for all children.
Ensuring all children have equal access to opportunities to learn and develop.
The ideal candidate will;
Be passionate about childcare and helping children to achieve, play and be safe.
Have previous experience of working with children under the age of five, experience with the babies age group would be an advantage.
Be qualified to Level 3+ or equivalent in childcare.
Have a good working knowledge of the EYFS - Early Years Foundation Stages.
Have experience of either leading a room within a nursery, or performing a management role within a nursery.

The role is full time and salary is negotiable, reflecting experience and qualifications.
Full time can be worked over 4 or 5 days per week, between 7.30am and 6pm.
