Nursery Preschool Room Leader and Level 2/3 Nursery assistant practitioner.

We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and motivated individuals with a real passion for developing young minds who has experience working within a nursery, preschool or early years environment with great leadership skills.

Nursery Preschool Room Leader duties involve;

• Leading the 3-4's Preschool classroom and providing day to day happy and high quality childcare.
• Provide a positive learning environment that offers choice, experiences, independence and meets all the children needs.
• Be able to have key person responsibility and carry out daily and individual planning.
• Ensuring a safe, secure and caring environment for the well-being of the children.

Nursery practitioner you will be working with children in either 0-2's or 2+ rooms.

The ideal candidate will;

• Be passionate about childcare and helping children to achieve, play and be safe.
• Have a good solid working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stages (EYFS)
• Have previous experience working with children under the age of five.
• Hold a Level 3 childcare qualification.
• Be able to work well in a team
• Have previous leadership experience. (Ideally for the Room Leader role)
