Are you passionate about early childhood education and committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young minds? We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Room Leader to join our team and play a pivotal role in the growth and development of our little learners.
Responsibilities:
Leadership and Supervision: Lead a team of nursery staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years.
Curriculum Planning: Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities to foster the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
Parental Engagement: Establish and maintain strong communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns or queries.
Health and Safety: Ensure a safe and secure environment for children, following all health and safety guidelines and procedures.
Staff Development: Support the professional development of nursery staff through training and mentoring, promoting a positive and collaborative team culture.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a nursery setting.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
