Your Mission
Support our early years' children during their most formative stages of development, helping them learn, grow, and thrive in a fun and supportive environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning activities.
Create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment.
Observe and record children’s progress, adapting activities as needed.
The Essentials
- Previous experience in an Early Years setting.
- Relevant qualifications in early childhood education.
- Enthusiasm for working with young children and understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Ability to make learning creative and engaging.
- Enhanced DBS check.

Our partnered nursery school located in Rubery, is fantastic place to work.
