Bright Little Stars Nursery is seeking a passionate Lead Nursery Teacher to join our team at our Mill Hill location.
To be considered for this role you must have: QTS OR EYITT QUALIFICATION (OR A WILLINGNESS TO STUDY TOWARDS THIS ALREADY HAVING COMPLETED AN EARLY YEARS HONOURS DEGREE)
You will be working alongside the Preschool Room leader and a team of 6 other staff, in a classroom of up to 30 children on a 1:8 ratio You will be responsible for planning the teaching element of the room effectively and efficiently to ensure children are making outstanding progress. Role modelling a variation of teaching styles to influence and coach staff's understanding of teaching in the early years. You will have weekly planning and teacher time out of the classroom , in addition to receiving regular support from the group's Head of Teaching.
