Nursery Teacher

Principal Resourcing have a fantastic opportunity for a friendly and nurturing Nursery Teacher to join the staff team at one of our partnership Primary Academy Schools based in Castleford, West Yorkshire.

The full-time position is expected to commence April 2024 and will provide cover 5 days per week across the Early Years Classroom. A strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework and expectations for learning and development is essential.

The Primary School work hard to place children at the centre of everything they do, aiming to inspire, motivate and create a safe environment for our pupils to thrive as unique individuals. Offering every child a range of opportunities to become a motivated and successful learner. Staff build positive relationships with children and families, within a nurturing environment and promote a 'can do, have a go’ attitude which helps children to become more creative, resilient and independent.

We welcome applications from ECT’s and experienced Teachers. You can expect to be paid up to £230 per day depending upon your experience and the role requirements.

Skills and attributes:

• Relevant qualifications - QTS Teaching qualification (PGCE, SCITT, EYTS) or equivalent
• A proactive team member, committed to raising standards and achievement
• ECT’s are welcome to apply
• Must hold a valid DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one
• You must have Right to Work in the UK, we are unable to provide Visa Sponsorship
