We are seeking an experienced Nursing Home Deputy Manager to join the team and help transfer the home from Good to Outstanding in CQC. Your duties as Deputy Manager will include, but not be limited to:
- Deputising in absence of the manager
- Lead, motivate and inspire the team and support them in becoming outstanding in everything they do. Managing all aspect of the home and ensuring the home runs within all set budgets
- Ensure the home remains above standards set by CQC and local authority. Ensure that is continuous creation, implementation and reviewing process of policies and procedures to ensure they are to the highest of standards.
- Put the residents at the forefront of everything you do
What are looking for?
- Previous experience in a similar Deputy Manager position
- Have a strong clinical knowledge
- Qualifications: first level nursing, LMCS, RMS or equivalent management qualifications
- Experience of supporting home through CQC inspections
