Location: Foleshill, Coventry (CV6)
Salary: £60,000 - £63,000 per annum
Hours: Days -37.5 hours - 9am to 5pm
Time Recruitment is leading the executive search for a large healthcare group that specialise in residential and elderly nursing care in their search for a Nursing Home Manager for a longstanding; successful Nursing Home in Foleshill, Coventry.
The service has dedicated care suites catering to residential, elderly/frail/general nursing and dementia nursing care for the local community and is ideally placed with free parking and excellent transport links!
This role is perfect for a Nursing Home Manager with a proven track record and an eagerness to build teams; working with a longstanding and highly experienced/supportive area manager and with the additional support of a clinical lead/deputy Home Manager.
Duties for the Nursing Home Manager role include:
* Daily walkaround with the deputy Home Manager
* Monthly overall audit reporting
* Supervision and appraisal of staff
* Business management and occupancy management
* Resident and family liaison alongside working with CCG and MDT teams
* Training and development
* Recruitment
* Quality assurance
* Reporting and CQC notifications

We are looking for a Nursing Home Manager; someone with nursing oversight who has some leadership experience in a similar setting and a knowledge of elderly care management and some dementia awareness; so we are looking for a qualified NMC registered nurse either RGN/RMN or RNLD qualified with a good business management perspective and an innovative leader.
