Nursing Home Manager

Good afternoon all,
I am excited to post about an opportunity for an experienced registered manager for a very close and established client of mine who has won multiple awards for the care they provide.
Further details below:
- 50 bedded nursing and residential service with exceptional facilities Based near Manchester.
- Current CQC rating is "Good" in all areas
- Excellent package - Basic salary between £70,000 to £75,000 with bonuses.
- The opportunity to work for an multi award winning company with an and established senior leadership team.
I am looking for:
- Experienced Manager with a strong track record of achieving "Good" or "Outstanding in their last CQC report.
- Experience manging larger or Similar sized Nursing Homes.
- An active Pin is Desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills and strong leadership.
