Achieva are currently recruiting for an Occupational Health Business Partner to work for an award winning manufacturing company.
This is a full time, Monday - Friday, hybrid working opportunity.
You will be predominantly based in the East Midlands region with remote working implemented and twice per year travelling to Wales.
Main duties involved:
- Clinically oversee onsite Occupational Health Technicians
- Implement polices and procedures
- Support the development of the Occupational Health department
- Case management (Very low weekly case load)
- Clinical governance
- Oversee health surveillance programmes
- Develop and maintain relationshps with stakeholders
Essential requirements
- Registered Nurse on the NMC register with no restrictions on practice
- Qualified in Occupational Health with a degree or diploma equivalent
- Be an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to Senior OHA level/Leadership level
- Ideally have a manufacturing background in Occupational Health
- Must be happy to travel
