SalaryYour New Role: Band 6 Occupational Health NurseWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Band 6 Occupational Health Nurse to work in an office environment. In this role, you will play a crucial part in promoting the health and well-being of employees, ensuring a safe and productive work environment. With your expertise, you will provide comprehensive Occupational Health services and deliver excellent care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting health assessments and screenings to identify Occupational Health risks and provide appropriate interventions.
- Collaborating with employers and employees to develop and implement health promotion initiatives and strategies.
- Managing employee referrals, conducting fitness-for-work assessments, and advising on adjustments and accommodations.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential health records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Providing advice and support for employees on health-related matters, including sickness absence management and mental health.
- Contributing to the development and delivery of Occupational Health policies, procedures, and training programs.
What You'll Need:
- Valid NMC Pin
- 3 years or more NHS/Corporate Experience
- Right to work in the UK
