SalaryWorking as part of the Occupational Health & Wellbeing Team the post holder will be jointly responsible for the delivery of mental health support services for staff. The post holder will be based at Walsall Occupational Health Department for the majority of the working week but will attend the Walsall Palliative Care Centre to deliver support to staff working in this community setting. The post holder will develop and provide a counselling and staff support service by the way of the following: - In-person counselling from a base at the Occupational Health & Wellbeing Service. Staff support / supervision / reflective practice facilitation to our Specialist Contribute to crisis intervention support as part of the wider Occupational Health & Wellbeing Team Palliative & End of Life Care staff. Developing other relevant forms of support as appropriate, in liaison with the other members of the Team.
