- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' functional abilities, identifying strengths and limitations to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to individuals across the lifespan, focusing on promoting independence and enhancing quality of life.
- Deliver therapeutic activities, adaptive equipment, and environmental modifications to support clients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including physiotherapists, speech therapists, and social workers, to ensure integrated care for clients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records, progress notes, and treatment reports in compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a practising Occupational Therapist.
- Proven experience in delivering occupational therapy services within a healthcare or community setting.
- Strong assessment and intervention skills, with a client-centred approach to care planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.
