Chadwick Lodge and Eaglestone View offer medium, low secure and acute services providing specialist treatment programmes for patients who have been detained under the Mental Health Act 1983 (amended 2007) and have a history of offending behaviour. We also offer a rehabilitation intensive Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) service for women with a diagnosis of Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD).
You will have experience in managing a designated caseload using theoretical and practical experience, completing assessments, planning, implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes aligned to care plans.
With a strong emphasis on teamwork, you'll receive support from a regional network of healthcare professionals and enjoy access to a variety of training courses to support you reach your career goals.
This role involves:
- Completing assessments, planning sessions and implementing intervention.
- Evaluating outcomes aligned to care plans.
- Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants.
- Implement and develop evidence-based therapeutic activities to aid mental health recovery.
To be successful in this role:
- Current HCPC registration and RCOT membership.
- Experience of working within a similar setting.
