Location: Stowmarket (Hybrid/Remote working available)
Contract Type: Locum ongoing contract
Pay Rate: £25 per hour (assignment rate)

Duties of the Occupational Therapist:
- Triage of referrals – gathering information to a shared point
- Making welfare calls
- Responding to crises : making safety plans
- Recording 5p formulations
- Responding to calls.
- Participating in duty rota
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
- Recent UK experience working as an Occupational Therapist
- Recent NHS experience
- Registered with the HCPC
