Occupational Therapist / Senior Assessment Officer required

Experience of assessing children with complex physical and behavioural needs essential for both equipment and or major and minor adaptations.

Applicants must have experience in moving and handling of both children and adults and experience of assessing children who have complex needs for equipment such as specialist beds, seating, and carrying out safety assessments and assessments for major adaptations. This is essential

• Must be able to drive city wide.
• Must be able to manage a caseload effectively
• Have experience of Moving and Handling citizens
• Be able to assess for non standard equipment such as seating, beds. shower chairs
• Flexible with Hybrid working / hours - office presence expected - to be discussed at interview

Can be OT or Physiotherapist.
Must have experience of assessing for special equipment/postural management.
