SalaryJustOT are looking to recruit a band 7 Admission Avoidance Occupational Therapist for a locum position with our client in Milton Keynes.
The pay for this position is £23-£27 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for an ongoing duration.
* Provide professional leadership and clinical supervision to the Home 1st Therapists.
* Coordinate interdisciplinary assessments to prevent avoidable Hospital admission and re admission, in a variety of settings.
* Work collaboratively to ensure the right pathway for the patients
* Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with the other leads within Home 1st regarding patients to ensure their needs are met.
* Provide advanced Therapy assessments and treatment for people using the service.
* Contribute to service development
Successful candidates must hold a degree in Occupational Therapy and be HCPC registered.
