Day Webster Recruitment have received several positions located in the Liverpool area for both community, NHS and Care homes - details are
Band 6/7
The working hours will be Mon-Fri 08:30-16:30 or 08:00 - 16:00.
Assess for aids and adaptations within the home environment to help increase independence and safety at home for both adults and children.
The role involves a mix of community visits, working from the office base, and working from home. Flexible working available.
The team works closely with other services in the Centre for Independent Living.
Desk top assessment of Blue Badge applications to assess if eligibility criteria met for hidden or physical disabilities.
Needs to be HCPC registered
NHS/Community experience
Valid Passport/Visa
Fully compliant and cleared to work
