If you are a qualified On-Construction Domestic Energy Assessor, then this may be the opportunity for you! This is a great opportunity for someone looking to become part of a fast growing and successful Energy consultancy that is recruiting an Energy Assessor who can hit the ground running from a remote position!
The Ideal SAP Assessor will:
- Have at least one year of experience within a similar role
- Have an eye for detail
- Be able to develop relationships with clients and other members of staff
- Ideally gave experience writing sustainability reports and strategies
- Have experience or knowledge of planning and Part L building regulations
Job responsibilities:
- Provision of high volumes of SAP assessments and EPCs to ensure our clients achieve compliance with
Part L and EPCs are issued in a timely manner. - Providing high quality consultancy and written reports at land purchase and planning stage to ensure
that planning requirements are met. - Active engagement with the client and design team to ensure that sustainability requirements are
taken into consideration and achieved over the lifecycle of the development. - Utilization of resources from within the team to ensure that the client receives timely, high quality
advice and assessments
