SalaryMy clients seeking a OCEAN SUPERVISOR to join there lively medium sized team.
Daily duties would include:
- Overseeing a small team of ocean clerks
- Handling ocean import/ exports shipments (start-finish)
- Customs entries
- FCL & LCL
- Booking shipments
- Arranging delivers and collections
- Arranging billing for VAT/ Duty
- Liaising with shipping lines & customers
- Quotations
- Leader weekly meetings with operational team
- Reviewing KPI's with branch manager to identify areas of improvement
Skills needed:
- Ocean import and export experience
- Must have at least 3 years+ experience
- Good leadership skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Team player
Working Hours:
- Monday-Friday 09.00-17.00
