Job Title: OD Engagement Experience Manager
Pay: £26.06 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday- Friday 9am-5pm
Location: Unipart House, Garsington Road, Cowley, Oxford, OX4 2PG

About the Trust
Oxford University Hospitals (OUH) is a world-renowned centre of clinical excellence and one of the largest NHS teaching trusts in the UK. What you’ll be responsible for:
* Leadership of the LMS team and line management responsibilities to embed best practice solutions to achieve service goals and organisational objectives to drive change and report progress, highlighting mitigations and interventions to improve performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Within this role will be a need to deal with complexity and ambiguity in relation to shaping and supporting the delivery of improvement plans, based on LMS data, feedback and staff engagement needs.
* Produces and delivers strategies, project plans, and policies in relation to work streams.
* Taking responsibility for the effective delivery of activities and objectives in line with the agreed targets and timeframes.
* Works across the Trust with multidisciplinary teams to design, deliver, implement, embed, and evaluate programmes aligned to the People Plan deliverables
You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:
1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
You’ll have the following skills/experience:
* Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written
* Microsoft office skills- Outlook, Word, and Excel
* Significant experience and a strong track record of leading and implementing a range of HR, OD or Learning people strategies to deliver outcomes in a large, complex organisation.
* Strong experience of leading and managing people, performance and being able to build capability and bring the team with them on the agreed improvement plan.
* Strong evidence of successfully leading service improvement and change, e.g., putting in SOPs, processes and procedures to achieve improved performance and outcomes.
* Strong experience of working in a multiple stakeholder environment and across organisational boundaries to secure change.
This role may require you to show evidence of education at master’s level or at least 2 years relevant experience.
